Can I see examples of your previous work?

Yes, we have a full list of previous and existing clients, who are more than happy to invite you in their homes and showcase our work. The majority of our projects have been well photographed and we will be keen to share the photos with you.

What plans and permissions do I need to get started?

The type of documentation required is dependent on the type of works to be carried out. We are keen to find this out for you as well as offer our assistance in obtaining a planning consent, if needed.

How will you determine the cost of my project?

We will organise an initial meeting and ask questions to learn as much as possible about your needs, preferences and requirements. We will account for any special materials and unconventional work to be done, number of contractors needed to meet your deadlines and many more, before we create a work plan and send you the estimate.

Can you help with drawing building plans?

Yes. We collaborate with reliable architect companies and we can make the necessary introductions.

I know what outcome I want. Will you be able to deliver?

We would need to understand your expectations and decide, if it is possible to deliver. If not, we will not shy away from suggesting alternative solutions and explaining why they would work better. Ultimately, the decision is yours, however we will only take on projects which we know we can deliver on time and to a good standard.

Who will manage the project?

All projects are managed by our experienced site managers is the one who has the best people skills and project management acumen and experience behind his belt.

After the work is done, will you provide property maintenance services?

Yes, definitely. Once we finish the project, we will stay within your reach, available to fix and maintain your renovated space, so that it stays pristine for the longest possible time.

How long will my project take?

This depends on the type and amount of work that will need to be done. After obtaining all the necessary information we will come up with a project programme and an estimated timeline. We will suggest dates for when the client supply items should be delivered on site, so that you know what to expect. If there are any delays along the way, you’ll be notified immediately.

Can we stay in the property while the works are being carried out?

It depends on the scope of the project. With redecorating and small refurbishment works, while there are some inconveniences, staying in the property is possible. If you are planning to extend or refurbish the whole property  you will have to vacate the property for Health and Safety reasons.

Can you source all required materials?

Yes. Usually, all sourcing and delivering all construction materials are included in our scope and pricing, while our clients can supply finishing materials if they choose to. If you prefer Structum to handle this for you, we can include it in our estimate and procure it for you. All we will need to know is the materials specifications and your preferred dealer.
