Design Development

Whatever the purpose of your renovation project – enhancement of living comfort, interior makeover or increasing the property value – our approach to design development will ensure all requisites and provide a clear cost estimate.

With your involvement, we will select the materials, products, fixtures and appliances best suited for the scheme. We will bring forth the right plan and find the right people in order to give your space a new lease of life.

Execution

Once the project plan is put into motion and refurbishment work commences on site, it is important to manage the team efficiently, monitor progress, record variances and apply corrective measures whenever necessary.

We will keep our fingers on the pulse, employ relevant tools and strategies, make the necessary decisions, and take any essential contingency actions to enable the team to complete the planned transformation of your home on time and on budget. The site will be kept clean, tidy and compliant with Health and Safety Regulations throughout.

The quality of our work is of the outmost importance for us and we fully vouch for it. However, as a precaution, we will remain at your disposal for up to six months after the practical completion of your project and if required, we will visit again to compile a snagging list and arrange a suitable time for corrective work to be carried out.
